My d*H connection (ODU-MDU maintained by d*H in society) is not working since **.**.****. I raised a complain on **.**.****. On **.**.** service engineer visited and demanded money for replacement of spare (which is part of d*H responsibility). Finally he & office acknowledge that spare to be replaced by d*H since it is service provided by d*H (Multi connection in a society, whereas ODU maintained by d*H. There are similar alternate Airtel & Tata sky in our society). Till date no corrective action has been taken to replace the spare. Nodal officer is not responding, customer care is unable to confirm time required to resolve the issue. My daily charge deducted from the main balance and now it is * (zero). After resumption of the service, there must be additional charges for the temporary suspension of service. Ultimately, I will be paying for NO reason. Furthermore, mental nuisance created by d*H is worth expensive than actual currency. Request to take strict action against d*H.
