On **.**.**, when i was travelling from Khatima to Bareilly with my family, I had faced a very serious incident ,my car could catch fire. Me & my family faced a lot of problems.

I hope you will solve the issue at your level, otherwise I will have to go to some other platform.
Below is the incident steps.
*. Petrol Smell came from A.c Side
*. Checked & found leakage from Petrol pipe
*. Petrol pipe found in burst condition.
*. Check & found petrol pipe rubbing with nearby clip & clip damage the pipe.
*. check & found petrol pipe quality is very bad
*. Immediately stop using car
*. Car loaded from Khatima to bareilly- Rs ***** Spend for this
* .Reached Bareilly tata motors service centre (Grover motors)- No one respond me fast- Part is not available in bareilly
*. Call Rudrapur Amit Auto Showroom- Part not available
**. Discussed with workshop manager, CSM, Service head- Bareilly, Rudrapur- Part will Arrange in * week
**. I am unable to use * week my car & hired new vehicle cost is Rs ***** per day.
**. I have parked my car in Bareilly Residence & came back to join my duties.
If something had happened with my family, who would have been responsible for it?
There is a manufacturing fault in the car. My car should be replaced.
My child and wife's health ill due to the smell of petrol. Who will take responsibility for it?
My son having high fever that's why i was going to Bareilly but due to this delayed a lot & face lot of difficulties.
My family suffered throughout the night in the middle of the forest, who will take responsibility for it?
Total i have spend * Lakhs Rupees in * days in all activities because of manufacturing defect in car.
