I have following complaints:
A) Security Deposit refund not received. I have paid INR ***,*** as security deposit
B) Wrong deduction in settlement details
Please find below details of deductions:
*) Early mover out charges: I have been charged for early move out. Please note that, as per the Contract, notice period was ** days. I had given a notice period of ** days. My contract was expired on **/Aug/**. Contract was never renewed. I received an email from Nestaway on **/Jul/** that notice period was extended to ** days. I was not allowed to reply to that mail and Nestaway did not entertain any communication in the same regards. Nestaway cannot force a notice period without my consent, through an no reply email ( I was not allowed to reply or raise concern). The contract was never amended and I never gave any concurrence. I never received any renewed contract nor was the same updated in the portal even after I raised a service request. This charge shall be removed.
*) Painting Charges: Although I stayed in * BHK, painting charges for * BHK has been charged (INR *****). I agree to pay painting charges for *BHK, which is Rs. ***** (standard for Nestaway). This charge shall be revised.
*) Repair charges: I have received debit of Rs. ***** towards repair as per following from your customer service:
a) Light Holder- Rs. ***
b) Window- Rs. ****
c) TV Shelf- Rs. ****
d) Drawer Pull - Rs. ****
e) Switch- Rs. ****
f) Light- Rs. ***
g) health faucet- Rs. ****
h) Exhaust fan- Rs. ***
i) fan- Rs. ***
j) Wardrobe Lock- Rs. ****
k) Shower- Rs. ***
l) Exhaust Fan- ***
m) Commode- Rs. ***
n) Wardrobe Lock- Rs. ****
o) Light- Rs. ***
p) Door- Rs. ****
q) Health faucet- Rs. ***
I do not agree with the above damage except Sr. No. g & n. Remaining all are made up. I have the video evidence of moving out, which I took in presence of Nestyway personnel on move out. Nestaway has not provided any evidence.
It is clearly mentioned in clause no. * of Contract

"Tenant shall use the Property carefully and not cause any damage to the Property, common area, furniture and amenities. In case of damage beyond day-to-day wear and tear, Owner shall be entitled to claim the damage from the Tenant."

No damage is done beyond day to day wear and tear. I agree only for Sr. No. g & n. In that, charges need to be revisited. Further all charges are inflated more than * times.
This charge shall be revised to INR *** for g & n above.
*) Electricity Bill: Same has been charged twice, with incorrect amount. Debit shall happen for only Rs. ****.
The total debit shall be INR ***** (Painting *****, repair ***, Electricity Bill ****). I should get refund of INR *****. I have still not received any refund even after ** days of moving out.
