Order ID: *********** Order ID: *********** I Have Placed Two Orders Separately And Samsung Has Successfully Accepted My Order. And Then They Have Cancelled The Order And Deducted *** Rs From Each Order As Transaction Charges. Samsung Say "Please Note That This Order Placed By You Was Classified As A "Bulk Order" Hence Net Refund Amount Would Be Given After Deduction Of Payment Gateway Charges And Any Rewards Or Benefits Provide And Used By You For Placing The "Bulk Order" Will Not Be Refunded." First Point: I Have Ordered The Two Orders Separately Then How It Is Classified As Bulk Order. Second Point: If Your Policy States That Bulk Orders Cannot Be Placed Then Why Are You Accepting The Orders. Third Point: If You Have Cancelled The Order Then Provide The Full Refund. I Have Tried To Contact Samsung Customer Care And They Are Not Providing Any Resolution And Even They Are Harassing Me. I Want My *** Rs. Refund Back As Soon As Possible. Samsung Has Deducted Total Of *** Rs
