Ihad purchased Samsung galaxy A**s from flip kart with exchange of Redmi *s with offer of **** for exchange on the time of delivery the exchage person said you will get only **** for the phone for an *.*mm dent on the rim of my phone in flipkart it was written that for a dent you will get **** so after showing that to him he denied and went away his boss (Manish) told me call the call center. The call center person raised the issue and told to wait for ** hours, so i waited which did not effected as their point was that the "wishmaster" is the "god", what he says is final. I was tired and i accepted and told him to deliver it by evening and i am ready to pay the difference. He did not deliver it neither did he picked up the call. the next day i called him literally ** times but at evening he picked up and said i can not deliver it and stated abusing me when i stated to argue. Now he is not picking up and i am not sure when my product will be delivered. Flipkart people and callcenter people are really rude to customer and they don"t have any integrity. they lie and torture the customer. Please dont take from Flipkart
