I had ordered two products from website luxura.life on **/**/**** and **/**/**** with order nos.**** and **** by choosing COD option. I received the orders today but products were not as shown/described on the website. I tried to contact the above number but as soon as I told him I want to return he disconnected the call and blacklisted me. Upon contacting through whatsapp on the same number he did not reply and also blocked me immediately. I have also emailed him on every email address(Suidhaaga.contact.us@gmail.com, contact@theroy.in, theroy.contact.us@gmail.com) I could find, but there is no reply. Kindly help me return the low quality product and get refunds. I shall be highly obliged to you for this kind act of yours. Thanking you in anticipation. Yours Sincerely
