I am Kirti kumar patel, senior citizen ,father of Chirag patel .
In October **** , my son was approached by Mr Harnish Patel who represents Bajaj Fiannce Ltd and said my son has a pre approved offer to transfer present loan from HDFC to Bajaj Fianance at low interest rates.As my son ,Chirag was assured that the loan was "pre approved" which means he just needs to submit documents and the load will be transferred from HDFC to Bajaj Fianance which was offering low interest rate.
My son inquired and submitted documents with a cheque of **** with crystal clear instruction that unless the loan is approved, do not deposit cheque and he did not wrote date on cheque given to Harnish Patel.
After few days, when my son again inquired about the approval of loan , Harnish Patel kept on saying loan will be approved and not to worry.The conversation on whats app can be submitted in support of this .
Suddenly, one day the cheque was presented in my son's account and the amount was debited.On the same day , EMI of Axis Bank was due and because of this cheque,the EMI was bounced , but my son paid online in two hours to Axis Bank on same day , still bank panalised him my *** Rs which is included in claim.
Harnish Patel,repeatedly misguided Chirag patel(my son)regarding status of loan and without prior updation deposed cheque which caused bounce of EMI of Axis Bank.Also Harnish Patl, stopped receiving calls of Chirag Patel . My son communicated with him on whats app regarding status of loan and when asking him many times he kept on giving false promises like "ho jayega ek din main ya * din main"( which is written on whats app chat (which can be presented as evidence in later stage).
Company like Bajaj Fiannce should take steps again Harnish Patel who gives wrong commitments and collectes payments on name of file charges and after many days says the loan can not be given.It is fine if the file is not approved but in that case Harnish Patel of company like Bajaj Fianance would return payment collected on name of file charges.
My son was assured by Harnish Patel that the cheque will not be deposited until file is approved.
Also you can see same thing in whats app chat that he does not respond to calls once cheque was deposited and cleared.
We are middle class people and the amount of **** plus *** penalty by Axis Bank is not small for us, that too when we feel that Harnish Patel misguided and deposited cheque when he knew file can not be approved or is not approved.He should not say that it was pre approved loan which means" only documents needs to be submitted and file gets approval.
yesterday (**/**/****) when i called up Harnish Patel and asked politely about refund of said amount, he refused and said he will not refund.
I am sure people like Harnish Patel might be playing such game with middle class people like me,and someone should stand up against injustice as such.
I trust "TEAM VOXYA" and also request humbly to give me justice.The amount of **** has much importance in our life and above all we feel we were cheated.
All the evidence of whats app chat will be submitted as and when required.
