Hello sir , I purchased moto g* plus in feb ****. But after few day there was some problems in earphone at that time my phone was in warranty period. So i gave that earphone for replacement on *th april **** in service center and after that on ** April i got a message that my earphone is replaced and i can collect it from service center.but when i go to service center and ask about my earphone than he say that he gave it to someone other customer so you have to contact after some days.When i contact after some days than also his answer is same as previous.I did contact so many times but he did not respond properly,on every time he says that you have to contact after some days. During this time period i was mentally harassed by this person. So kindly i request to you sir please take a strict action against this person and solve this issue as soon as possible.
