I ordered a washing machine (Order# ***-*******-*******) on **/**/**** from Amazon and the product was delivered on **/**/****. The service technician came on **/**/**** (After *** hrs) for installation & demo of the product against mentioned ** hrs for the same.
On opening the product, it was found that the machine is damaged from inside without damage to product from outside, it is faulty and needs to be replaced. I initiated the replacement and till today i.e **/**/****, nobody has come for collection of the defected product ( * months had passed) and I'm still waiting for collection.

Attaching mail correspondence done and getting only assurance that pickup will be done. I haven't got any query from anybody of your transportation team for picking up the damaged product and they are unable to arrange for the pickup due to which they are unnecessarily closing the issue faced by me and harassment being done from their end on me by simply dropping an email that the pickup is canceled from my end.
There is no mail/message/ call for picking up the damaged product from their transportation team. It is me who is in continuous talk and emails for collecting the damaged product.
They have canceled the pickup when knowing that the product delivered is damaged and the customer is regularly following up for replacement of damaged product. They are simply giving assurance that the product will be collected and at last simply dropping an email, which makes no sense.
Neither refunding the money or collecting the damaged product.
