I Purchased one product called crossbeats vibe Bluetooth earphones on www.crossbeats.com.i.got my delivery but after one day usage of that product I noticed a defect in left earbud..
immediately I raised one complaint about that issue and I replaced that product with my own cost to the company..they got my replaced delivery on **-**-****..but still I didn't get any new replacement from their side. I dropped many mails to the company about my replacement issue but they didn't even respond to my mails.. I will attach all the proofs I have..please solve this issue and replace my product to me..
