It has been more than a week since I have registered an issue in my Realme Q* Airbuds.The right side of my airbuds stopped working.My device was under warranty so I went to the service center in my city LINK :https://as-enterprise-realme-authorized.business.site/ on **/**/****. I handed over them my airbuds along with invoice and now its more than a week I have not recieved my airbuds back .The service center is claiming that the company is not sending the replaced airbuds to them and have failed to provide a satisfactory answers to my querries.I am attaching the authentic realme service center handover report as an evidence of my complaint.
