I have an MI tv ** inch which I bought from Flipkart in October ****. It is covered under an extended * years warranty with Jeeves. Not it has stopped working.
Jeeves technician came and reported, and the email has come that we can not repair as it's a panel issue and refund of INR *****/- will be refunded. TV will be picked up. They also asked for Account details and order invoice. I have provided all the details, but since then there has been no response from that side. On-call customer care, they kept on telling me to wait some more days again and again but nothing is happening. It's already been * weeks now.
