Hi,I was continuously following up on the status of my refund for the clothes I rented and returned to Flyrobe. Despite multiple calls made between January **nd and *st Feb, which is today, I have yet to receive any confirmation regarding the refund of the items.
During these calls, I explicitly requested updates on the refund process, emphasizing the importance of timely communication. However, regrettably, I have not received any response from the Flyrobe team.
It is a fraud company.
