I have recently purchased a oneplus u* ** inch television on www.amazon.in. The product got delivered on **/**/**** And I scheduled the installation for **/**/** between **:** am to *:** pm. On **/**/**** I got an email regarding the installation with the technician contact details But to my surprise when I called the technician he said that he is not doing the installation work since last seven months. Then I called the customer executive for same issue he said that your query has registered and I will get an update regarding the same.
Yeah, I got an update but somehow they automatically reschedule the installation appointment to **/**/** which is not okay for me.
How can they reschedule installation without my permission and I may not be available on that date with that time slot.
I have called four times today they just said that issue has raised and you will get a notification in ** hours.
It is total harassment of customers and it is depressing seeing the television packed in a box.
You can see it but you can not open it or use it until their technician visits and he may be visit on next week, next month or may be next year.
It is very frustating. I may not be losing any money here but certainly time is more valuable than any money provided.
