I ordered a product from Flipkart.com on **.**.**** with order ID:OD****************** & Invoice No:FA B************* by pre-payment and received it on **.**.****(Invoice copy was attached), which I found to be wrong product. I raised a request at Flipkart.com website claiming refund on **.**.****, and I got reply from Flipkart.com on **.**.****(after **days of waiting) saying that refund cannot be processed since the product has "no return policy". I tried to call the customer service on **.**.****(recorded call was attached below) and also tried to contact via email but got no response from Flipkart.com staff, and I thought may be it is due to Lockdown. Again I called Flipkart customer service on **.**.**** asking them to send the right product (or) to initiate refund procedure. Now they say both cannot be possible since **hours has passed on after cancellation of refund request.
Flipkart has responded after **days of refund request and now they say time limit has passed out to initiate refund procedure.
I am working busy as my job come under Essential Services category. Even-though I am busy in my job, I tried to contact Flipkart.com on **.**.**** via phone call and email, but I got no response from them. Now they are refusing to send me the right product (or) to refund my claimed amount.
Practically, they should provide me the exact product they promised me for the amount I paid them or else they should give back my money. This time limit has no sense during Lockdown period, since no things are working as per schedule during these tough times.
I am a regular and valuable customer to Flipkart.com and never expected such a bad experience from them. I once again request Flipkart.com to send me the right product or else refund my paid amount. Thank you in advance. Please help me, Regards.
