Refund
I purchased clothes from shein worth **thousand. Due to some reason to there end they cancelled my order and they said they will refund my money. I am keep on asking them regarding my refund they told that they have refunded. I have given them my account statement where there is no sign of refund. In there e wallet it's not reflecting. I talked to my bank there are telling there is no such refund made. I have posted them my bank email which I have received from enquiry.
It's not good to cheat customer. It's my hard earned money please help me to get that back. I am adding my bank enquiry reply. If you need more proof please let me know I will provide you my bank statements.
