Dear Sirs,
Back in **** I became a Airtel landline customer ( DSL *************_kk ), during the time of taking me as a customer, they confirmed me that they would provide me ** Mps for WIFI. Once after the agreement got signed the same day at the time of installation they changed saying we can provide you only * Mps, besides convinced me that in * months Optic Fiber.
However, the internet was very slow and at times got out of order for *-* days, where as had no choice other than to live with the situation, because I had paid them * year (rental) in full payment of INR **,***.-
This really got worsen on and was very difficult to contact these guys during the Covid** situation, due to lock down and what so on. Which was very much understandable, like this had to continue my *nd year payment.
Since the internet went on out of order very frequently and I had no choice than cancelling the contact with them in End of Jan ****, but the cancellation they confirmed me only on **.**.**** via email.
When I asked them for the refund at their branch office at Kalidasa road, Mysore. Karnataka State. They have been giving excuses and until today I have not got the refund of INR *,***.-
Honestly every time while I was at their showroom, there were also other customers having issues for something or the other. Therefore I would like to report this my grievance harassing me not paying the refund of INR *,***.-
I hope I will be guided to reach the consumer court to complain. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
