I had booked two Air Asia Flight tickets from Bangalore to Chandigarh using the Makemytrip app. Air Asia suspended the flight and informed me by email and advised to claim the refund from the travel agency. In Makemytrip it still comes as operational and it does not allow me to proceed when I try to cancel the flight using "Flight cancelled by airline" option. I have been calling Makemytip for past *-* days and sent a mail also but nobody has responded yet.
I need the resolution asap as my flight is on *th Sep
