Myself charan from Colive Athens, i didn't got the refund even though i raised the notice period.

I raised the notice period on *rd January and vacated on **st January because of the salary issues i couldn't raise the notice period on the *st of January and in the app when i was going to raise the notice period it shown the refund amount of ***** and after showing i asked the property manager Uday about how to raise and informed that I'm going to raise the notice period he said you if it's showing in the payments page refund amount you can raise it. He didn't even said to take the screenshot but he said you have to do on * and ** of the academic calendar he said he will be trying that's why i raised the notice period on *rd. If he said you can't get the refund i could have extended my stay for one more month because that's what I done in the December it shown that i have to pay *.*k when i raise the notice period on December *th.

Now i got the mail on the **th February that i need to pay extra amount of *k if not paid you will be taking legal charges i informed about it also to Uday he didn't responded and said he's not the manager of that property now, so he can't handle the situations.

Today (*rd march) i called again to Uday and said about everything he's connected to some customer service they didn't even listened to me and behaving very rude that they can't even give refund because of the * days delay you can't take the full refund you can cut the charges for the * days as you are doing for the service charges taking one week stay as a service charge for the * days you can't take the amount of ***** it's not a small amount for the people like i regret for staying in the Colive. Worst customer service the person who talked to me didn't even listened to me and shouting on me it's not possible to get back the refund.

I accept i paid the due late because i didn't get the salary on *st and in the app it shown the i will be getting back refund only i asked the property manager that I'm raising the notice period he also said okay i will be trying to get the money. I'm asking if i done late charges you can cut some amount and give the rest because you are charging forbthr service charges *week rent but for * days late you are charging that much. I got the mail about legal notice if i not the paid the *.*k i need to pay **k extra when i said about to Uday he don't pay i will be speaking them after speaking to them he totally changed words..

I request you to help to get my refund.
