Title: Refund of bought Dominos Gift Voucher from Little app Merchant
NOTE[Little app customer care Information]:
Little app did not provide any direct phone call customer care service to customer.
I found their Contact Number with various searches on internet with very difficulty.
If you go to their desktop website"www.littleapp.in" & click on support you will find blank white page.
Only "Help" option is in their app which is Ticket system available for customer which is very very lousy.
My complaint Total Description:
I bought all * "Dominos Pizza Gift Voucher" From "Little app" on ** July ****.[Purchase Date:** July ****]
According to terms these Gift Vouchers were going to expire on * December ****.[Expiry Date Of Gift Vouchers: * December ****]
Customer can redeem/use these Gift vouchers on Dominos Pizza Online website as payment for their order.
Paid Price For My * Gift Vouchers are as follows:
* Gift Vouchers Paid Price - *****= *** Rupees

Complaint :
After purchasing Gift vouchers on ** July,In the month of September suddenly without any notice Dominos website disabled the
"Gift Voucher" Payment Option from their online website.
Due to this many customers were unable to use their Bought Gift Vouchers on Dominos website as payment for their orders.
My gift voucher validity was going to expire on * December ****.
So I started contacting Both Little app & Dominos customer care service regarding Gift voucher payment option
and they told me that Dominos Gift voucher payment service is going to start again within few days.
These few days turned into weeks & months.After trying again & again i got same replies from their customer care.
Me & many others customers Gift vouchers expired due to unavailability of Gift Voucher payment option on Dominos Website.
Due to their mistake customers faced this issue but still they didnt provide any refund of expired vouchers.
Gift voucher Payment option was completely disabled in month half of October,November,December & half month of January ****.
In this time period many customers including me are complaining on Little app facebook page.
Then I contacted Little app customer care for refund of my Gift voucher payment & they told me you should get refund from Dominos pizza merchant.
Then I called to Dominos Pizza customer care & their customer care told me they can not help me regarding this dispute & i should contact little app customer care.
Both merchants blaming each other & this happened many times.
Then I posted complaint of refund on Dominos pizza facebook page & once they told me to get refund from Little app because i bought Gift vouchers from Little app.
So i went to little app facebook page & explained them that Dominos pizza customer care told me to get refund from little app but instead of providing refund they told me wait until they get any resolution from Dominos Pizza,
once they will get resolution they will refund the money of customer or allow them to consume Gift voucher.I told Little app customer care that i want refund & do not want Gift voucher anymore because I dont need them anymore
in future as time has already passed when i actually want them.
I keep asking for refund on Little app facebook page but they keep replying the same & when i tried to aware other customers that Dominos pizza customer care told me to get refund from Little app they deleted my comments after a while.
After so many requests to them still i didnt able to get refund.
Complaining was already started in month of November & This went till month of January ****.
In the month of January **** when i again ask for refund on Little app facebook page they told me that Dominos pizza has going to availed the gift voucher payment option again
& customer whose gift voucher was expired they can use those gift vouchers now.Gift voucher option enabled on the mid of January **** nearly after * months.
After this I told them to refund my gift voucher money as they told in the past but they refused to refund & told me consume the voucher until ** February ****.
They also refused my so many request of refund on facebook page & also Deleted my facebook comments posts which is on their Little app facebook page.
They normally delete my facebook comments of refund within a day.
This has already become a mentally challenging big headache for me.
Also in February & March of **** when i told them I want urgent help regarding my Dominos gift voucher they
reply me with "How to redeem Dominos gift voucher process on Dominos Website."This is an example how reckless their customer care.
After that not a single phone call from their customer care.
Also they do not reply my any email now.
In fact now they do not accept any call from customer.The phone keeps ringing and they do not receive it.
There is Little app promise which states that they provide ***% money back guarantee according to following -

***% money back guarantee if the merchant does not honour this exact deal.
My Bought Gift voucher proof is in attachment.
I also have customer facebook complaints posts screenshots as a proofs but there is no space to attach more than one attachment.
