I ordered "Armani exchange" Logo Embossed Flap-over wallet, which reached to
me on **nd March. I found instead of the wallet a "coin case" was sent. I returned
the order instantly. I waited for few days. The refund was not initiated. Then I
raised complaint by calling and also through Chat options available in AJIO app multiple times. Those tickets were resolved
at the back end without providing any concrete solution. On *th April suddenly the
status of the return got changed to "Return Cancelled". I called and talked to three
customer care executive "Rahul Choudhary" - Chat, Deepak & Ritwik over phone.
All of them were equally disrespectful. They all claimed that I resent a product
which is Non-Ajio hence it will be shipped back to me and no refund is being
provided.
I further raised the issue through email to Ajio grievance officers. They assured that it will be looked into.
However on **th April a shipment reached my home. It was supposedly the returned product. It was a black jeans which had name and address of another customer. And now the grievance officer email came stating that they can not do anything since this is the product that I returned to them and they have shipped it back to me.
So in a nutshell, Armani Xchange wallet ordered - Received coin case- Returned on same day- No response for few days- Return cancelled on *th April- No response for few more days on the complaints raised -On **th sent back a black jeans showing some other customer name. No refund received in addition some other customers product shipped to me
