I had ordered groceries from a shop in chennai. The shop contacted us regarding that they didn't have a product and cancelled the order themselves. By this time , we had paid online and dunzo sent us an sms saying that our refund will be received in *-* working days. It has been ** days but we have received no refund. I have tried contacting dunzo support and they send a automated reply saying that they will conta t me in ** hours. It has been ** hours and I received no response. This is really had service from their end.
