I have placed an order for MI *S on **th august and cancelled it within ** minutes. While ordering I have used HDFC credit card EMI option when I cancelled the order in Flipkart app was showing” you will get a refund by **th August” today also it’s showing the same. Trusting Flipkart I have waited till **th August but nothing was refunded by Flipkart. I raised a complaint to Flipkart on **th August by calling customer care. They told me to wait until **th August. On **th August I have received a message from Flipkart we need more time till **th August. On **th I have not received any update from Flipkart. So I thought I should use social media so on twitter I have posted a query. I have received a call from the social media team. They said we need ** hrs to solve this issue. Since then I am daily calling Flipkart customer care & every time receiving new date today they have given me * September.
This is not done I have to pay the bill of the credit card on *th September and the EMI for this order is in the bill. If I don’t pay bill they will charge me interest Flipkart should give me interest on it. Flipkart should refund my money within ** days.
