Refund
Hi, I purchased a Kodak TV from Flipkart which had to be returned due to defective LED panel. Jeeves Consumer Services sold me an extended warranty plan for **** INR when the TV was being installed on ** November ****.
The TV was returned shortly and Flipkart has given me a refund for the TV; however, Jeeves is not replying to my emails or calls in regards to the refund of **** INR for the extended warranty.
I have written them * emails since ** November and have called multiple times but to no avail.
Every time I call Jeeves they ask me to write an email to extendedwarranty@jeeves.co.in ; however, no refund so far.
Kindly assist me in getting my refund from Jeeves Consumer Services, India (www.jeeves.co.in).
