Resolution Demanded:
I received the wrong item on **/**/**, and since that day, I have been constantly trying to return the item and get a refund. Ajio Process is so lengthy that till today (**/**/**), which is four days after the promised date by the app, I have not received any refund, and the AJIO, customer care executive, is also not helping me with this. They are just saying to wait for *-* business days every time, but as the promised date of **/**/**, I don't think that I should wait after this date.
The Product was totally Fake. I ordered an Adidas slider but have received totally Fake addy sliders.
