Refund got initiated by Amazon. And they even provided me the RRN . When I called the customer care they told me to visit the nearest branch and when I went there asking about it they said they don't know about existence of such a number. I felt helpless.The amount is huge ***** Rs
So I Contacted Amazon and they told me to file a charge dispute . But when I went bank asking for the form .They don't know about such a form . Such irresponsible people on the bank.
