Dear Voxya,
I had ordered an item from Amazon as a gift for my wife.
Details-
Seller - Brightmart
Order ID: ***-*******-*******
Product delivered - **th Dec
Product returned - **th dec **
Amazon Return ID: DmqCSgqlRRMA
Product recd at amazon - **th Dec **
But product delivered by seller was not as per quality shown/mentioned on site.
So i had returned the product on **th Dec ****.
Amazon return person inspected the product before taking delivery on **th dec **.
But still no tracking system is updated online for pickup of product nor refund is issued .
After * business days i tried to contact the customer care and also insisted to raise an ticket for return details and refund process.
Executive from Amazon confirmed on **th Dec ** that sir u product is recd at seller and our warehouse and there is an issue with Tracking system.u dont worry...we have recd your return product and refund will be issues asap.within * business days.
i waited for three days and again called on *nd Jan ** for the refund issue and tracking not updated in system
They said that refund is issues but tits stuck coz seller has not confirmed your delivery.We have raised an investigation and our concerned team is working on that u will get refund by * buisness days on **jan **.
Again morning i called them on ** jan ,they are saying seller has mentioned that he has recd different product so still their concerned team is working on that and still need * more buisness days to confirm ?
I has escalated and asked to speak to Senior team lead...Piyush.R was the lead with whom i spoke and he also repeated same thing that * days by **th Jan ** u will recieve the refund.
But how come these guys are working .
Refund is initiated after product reciept and these guys are now blaming that diff product is sent.!!????
How irresponsible these firm and people with whom we invest our time and money .
They are not at all concerned.
Just help me Voxya to get my refund.
Need your help.
I have all the recording and snaps of chat with amazon customer executive.
Horrible experience in so many years.
