I have purchased an Acer Laptop (NXHBJSI********E*A****) through Flipkart on **/**/**** with two years of extended warranty support from Jeeves consumer services. Since last year's (****) march, I was facing technical issues with the keyboard that, whenever I am operating the system it involuntarily gets into various files without any control and some of the keys became non-functional on the keyboard.
Regarding this, I've registered so many complaints to Jeeves consumer service and my last complaint was registered on **th September ****. That time they have delivered a mismatched keyboard piece for replacement. After a few days, they informed me that, it was not replaceable, so I was directed to go with a refund. I accepted it and the refund process was initiated on **/**/****. But unknowingly the refund service ticket and refund process were canceled. Again I sent formal mail to reinitiate the refund process.
But till now I didn't get any official confirmation regarding with refund. I have contacted in all possible ways to get my refund. More than ** emails, customer calls were gone with disappointing replies. Every time they are told that they will get back to me within * business days with confirmation. I am completely fed up with their service in so many ways.
*. It's been only one year and four months from the date of purchase. Within that period, I faced both software and hardware-related issues on many occasions.
*. Since I filed my first complaint it took * months to get the update about service and that too end up with the mismatched product.
*. Regarding customer services, the worst service support was provided by Jeeves consumer services.
As a research scholar, without a laptop, I lose my patience and was completely unsatisfied with their product and service. Hope you will understand my situation. With all these disappointments, I humbly request you to take the complaint to make sure about the refund.
