booked international flight tickets from Goibibo for me. My date of journey was **thMay ****. Due to Covid** lockdown, the flight got cancelled by Airfrannce airlines assuring us of getting a full refund. On contacting the airlines, they confirmed that they had already processed. However, my repeated attempts of getting in touch with Goibibo through email, chat bot, social media etc. have only resulted in negative or no response at all. By following them on Twitter, I found out that several people have the same complaint as mine and Goibibo gives the same general automated reply to everybody. In addition to this, they are unwilling to refund in cash. In these difficult times, I want nothing more than my own money in my original account. I have no plans of travelling in the near future owing to the pandemic situation so the credit shell amount will be simply wasted. Hence, they are taking advantage of my situation and blocking my money without my consent. They are blaming the airlines for not refunding the cash and instead giving it in the form a credit shell. But I have written information from the airlines saying it's just the opposite. I am so frustrated with them. They are literally making me beg for my own money. I don't know what to do. I really need the money as soon as possible to sustain my family since source of income is reduced for the last * months. Please help.
