Good Morning Sir, when I search about online class for our children, they called us from byju's and arranged a zoom meeting orange for us. The councilor talked to us for a long time in the meeting and then you attended the zoom meeting, so we are offering you a *-year course for ***** for both your children. I asked that we need * days to think. But they said that if you don't want it, you have ** days time to cancel it and then you can cancel it and we will refund you. So I ordered byju's course for our children on **-**-****. On that day I thought that this course is not useful for our children and again asked about the cancellation saying that there is no problem.We asked them not to send us the course tabs and they told us to mail them to the cancellation department. We mailed the cancellation department on **-**-****.
Later, byju's consumer mentors called and said that it is not like that sir, take the tabs and use them, if you don't like the tabs, we will retun them and refound them.
They sent two tabs on ** and **. As we expected, our child is not able to read the words in it. On **-**-****, the cancellation department spoke to us over the phone and said that they will cancel the order but they will give the rest of the amount except for the tabs amount of *****. We will do it again. We asked the sales manager that the tabs amount should also be refunded. They said they would try.
Again, on **-**-****, the cancellation department called and agreed to the above, and they said that the return will be approved only if you agree with whom. They took our account details and transferred */- to us. They said that you will receive a mail that the cancellation is over, check it, but no such mail was received. They said that the cancellation was approved on **-**-**** and they will refund in ** days. If mail is still not available, they gave me a tiket ID saying that it is in the process and it will take time.
