Refund
I made a booking for Bangalore to Patna via reference no *********, for flight *E ***. After making the payment they immediately call me and said that the booking is cancelled due to technical error, I asked them to arrange some other flight, they said they can't do that, they said they will process refund and it will take ** to **days, from there on I am calling them to hear the same response that it will get credit in **days but I have not gotten my money back. I have written couple of emails also, there also it is the same. I truly appreciate your help on this matter.
