I had raised a return request for * products which are part of order FN********** not sure why the pick up request has been assigned to Xpressbees and Shadowfax. Xpressbees has picked up the products on **th April wherein Shadowfax has canceled the return pick request as it has already been picked up by Xpressbees. But as I saw the order intact in application I had re-raised the return request as most the times you will close the complaint stating return period is over. Now it has been assigned to Delhivery. How can Delhivery pick up the products when it has already been picked up by Xpressbees. Why is this system so unorganized. Attaching herewith the pick up confirmation for your reference and also pick up acknowledgement which includes product details along with pick up details and communications with customer care.
