I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of the refund for the cancelled movie show of Kalki (Malayalam) at INOX Manipal. Here are the details of my booking and subsequent communication:

Movie Language: Malayalam
On **th June, I received a call from INOX informing me that the show on **th June was cancelled. I was given the option to either watch the movie in Hindi or receive a refund. As I am not proficient in Hindi, I opted for the refund. I was assured that the refund would be processed within a few hours.

Despite my repeated reminders and follow-ups, it has now been more than a week and I have yet to receive the refund. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and frustration.

I am highly disappointed with the lack of promptness and professionalism in handling this matter. As the cancellation of the show was due to your part, it is your responsibility to ensure a timely refund.

I demand that this issue be resolved immediately and the refund be processed without any further delay. Please confirm once the refund has been credited to my account.
