I had booked the Air ticket through ur website from Gwalior tov Hyderabad on ** July for Spicejet flight. But the booking was cancelled due to fare expiration
and refund of amount **** was intimated me by youe email.
The Booking Reference No is REF*********.The amount to be refunded immediately as till date it has not come in my bank account.
I am continuously talking to them but no result . I hv emailed the issue on their customer care email id but no reply received.
