My PNR no is P*YZ*F . It was a flight from mumbai to patna on ** rd Nov ****.. I don't even remember whether i had purchased any on board item on the date of the travel. Plus i have a bank statement stating that on ** rd nov there are no purchases made on the card for *** Rs. Even if i consider the purchase was made how can a debit card amount get reverted back on ** th nov **** according to a message i received on my phone. The air hostess would not have given me meal if the transaction was not successful. If it would have been a credit card i would understand. I received a message on ** th April **** from your end proof i ah e attached. As i mentioned before i don't recall whether i used card on the flight or not. As the message stated a legal action would be taken if payment not done within * days.. So i got scared nd went on the link and did payment on ** th april ****. I just received transaction successful message on the website.. I did not receive any SMS of payment success on my no. So i thought something is wrong here.. I then called up customer service team to check.. They said this message was gone as an error from your end for which i had already made payment..
So you people tell me two three things here:
Did the card really got declined. If yes, show me proof( because i have proof that there was no reversal on my card for that date or any date). If no why did i receive such message after such a long time
If the message was an error what happens to the amount i paid by going on that link
When will i get the refund
