I had recharged for RS. *** on the **th of April, **** for my prepaid account. However, the recharge is not reflected on my account or transaction history. What's worse is that I've been trying to register a complaint on their app AND website but it's become impossible to do so as they've no provision where we can submit our grievance in a written format. All they have is a bunch of FAQs. It's very distressing!
