I placed an order # ***-*******-******* on **th April. My delivery date was **nd April
but when the product was delivered I said to the delivery executive to open it in front of me. He said, " if any problem occurs you simply contact customer care they resolve any concern easily". I take my product but when I open it was empty the whole box was covered with tape and inside the box is only detergent soap. I was amazed because this happens *nd time with me. I complain regarding this but the resolution was provided against me. I request you to please take the concern on priority and take the desired solution of my concern. I am a customer of Amazon nearly * yr but I don't know that this will happen with me with such a big amount of INR ****.
At last, I only request you to please take appropriate action so I continue the relationship with Amazon if any trust does happen with the customer in last * yr give response ASAP.
