Jumping out of a ** storey building would be easier than getting your rental agreement out of NO BROKER.COM
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and file a formal complaint regarding the agreement and the rental team associated with No broker. I recently entered into a rental agreement with nobroker on **May **** under Jay Doshi

Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I believe it is essential to bring these concerns to your attention.
Firstly, the lack of transparency has resulted in significant confusion and unexpected financial burdens. It is crucial for a rental agreement to be clear and comprehensive, outlining all terms and conditions in a manner that is easily understandable. There is no Timeline as to how early they provide things. This is a **min job for both biometrics and verification all together, but even after *weeks ,nothing’s happened yet.
Furthermore, the rental team has demonstrated a lack of professionalism and responsiveness, which has added to my frustration. I have encountered difficulties in reaching out to the team members for inquiries, concerns. My attempts to communicate via phone and email have often gone unanswered, leading to delays in resolving urgent matters pertaining to the property. This lack of prompt and efficient communication is not only unprofessional but also hampers the tenant-landlord relationship. Often there’s no executive to answer the call, either someone is on lunch break , or a week off , or I’m on hold for * minutes and still nobody is there to answer.

Despite notifying the rental team of these concerns on multiple occasions, the urgency of this matter, it was took very lightly.As a result, I have had to endure inconveniences and the society committee had ordered us to vacant out new house which we just shifted to.
After calling almost * times everyday, My agreement is still stuck . They wont refund the money. ( an local agent would’ve done it faster and way cheaper) They keep blaming at governments website but everyone around us with local brokers have made it to this process in less than ** minutes.
