This has regards to my recent order placed with Reliance Digital on **th Sep ****. A Lenovo tabled was purchased for an MRP of Rs. *****. There was an offer as per the current period between **th Sep-**th Sep on ICICI Bank Debit and credit cards, wherein I have used my ICICI Bank VISA debit card (**** XXXX XXXX ****) to make the payment for this item. As per the prevailing offer given by Reliance Digital, i am entitled to receive the *% cash back applicable for my purchase exceeding Rs. ****. The T&C of the offer is given in the below link:

Unfortunately i have followed this up with RDIL on multiple occasions by dropping emails to : reliancedigital@ril.com, cshead.reliancedigital@ril.com, BM.Bade@ril.com, rgicl.services@relianceada.com, rgicl.grievances@relianceada.com, rgicl.headgrievances@relianceada.com. But they have not bothered to take this matter into consideration.
I personally feel that RDIL are big time crooks making false commitments to customers by running fake, illicit and unwarranted offers to lure and dupe customers into their online e-commerce platform by selling sub standard quality goods. It is a means to trap customers to make online purchases by running such offers that fail to live up to their commitments. Basically it is a means of a false marketing gimmick to cheat customers.
I expect Reliance Digital to remit the cash back amount based on the purchase clause set by them wherein this amount should have been credited to my account by the **st of Dec ****.
Furthermore I want this matter to be given due consideration in the eyes of this forum and taken up with a more competent authority in a joint effort to curb such malpractices of RDIL.

I feel cheated by Reliance Digital
Reliance Digital is trying to play smart
They are simply making verbal claims of having posted the cash back to my account which is an absolute lie for which there is no justification.
There needs to be some evidence of the posted amount that bears testimony to their claims statement. They are merely asking me to call up the bank customer care but denying to divulge any details from their side.
I've asked RDIL to highlight those specific details of posting date, refund reference number reflecting the cash back credit of Rs. *** (@*% of *****), the mode of refund and date of refund since my bank has requested for more information that can be validated from their end.
I expect RDIL to respond with honesty else it wall be construed as a blatant violation of their terms of sale by making false commitments to lure customers with cash back and then fail to deliver in that promise thereby engaging in unethical sale of goods and malpractices .
If this matter is not resolved with integrity i will be filing a grievance with the consumer forum.
I expect this matter to be dealt with integrity and honesty by Reliance Digital making sure that they are responding to this concern in an appropriate manner failing which i will be filing a complaint in the consumer court.
