Hello Flipkart,

Flipkart is not replacing my product as there engineer is not able to rectify the problem but also he is not accepting that photo post processing problem as a problem. Do you have any Camera/Photograph technicians Flipkart. please send them to review my device and not the stupid jeeves engineer.
Why are you harassing me mentally so much? Your engineer knows that the product has problem but his supervisor Prakash Jha from JEEVES Delhi Circle is not ready to listen to him. I am totally fed up from you guys at Flipkart.

I am attaching your return policy as stated in your website flipkart.com.
As per your policy any mobile apart from Apple can be replaced within ** days if the performance or device is unsatisfactory or some damage is there. Now my device which i ordered on **th July ****, delivered to me on **nd July vide order id OD****************** is not satisfactory due to poor camera photo processing. Now your engineer from Jeeves also know that the camera quality is not good but his Jeeves supervisor is rejecting the claim because the feature is working fine and there is no problem. I raised this replacement request * times and you already rejected, Now *rd time when I raised this again, you told me that you will send the Senior Technician to check the device. Well Sorry to say same engineer visited me who visited in last complaint also. So please dont make false promises.

Secondly I paid my money to Flipkart so I dont want any *rd party to decide on my satisfaction level related to that device. You reject my claim and you send me flipkart feedback form that your engineer troubleshooted the device and now its working fine so no replacement. Sorry its still not working fine and your engineer has written the same in his report that he is not able to rectify the problem and I also added my comment in end that yes he was unable to rectify the problem. So Can Now I get the replacement of this product or do I have to raise this issue again and again at different levels and different sources.

Please don't make us fool by keeping this *rd class *rd party Jeeves team who has the worst feedback on your own websites.

Why dont you learn something from Amazon India Amazon.com who have Zero question ask policy and they do the return or refund without doing any stupid procedure what you follow from your so called JEEVES company. You cannot beat Amazon please remember this if you have such kind of processes which are not in favor of a customer.
