I placed an order (order ID - FL**********) for six items. Out of these six items, two items are still marked as 'Out for delivery' even though they were delivered to me on **th July ****.
I need to return one of the above mentioned items due to wrong size. However the item is not marked as delivered from the seller's side and therefore I am unable to return the product.
I mailed the company customer service, registered a complaint in their E-commerce app and called their customer service six times. All I got was fake promises and excuses. Now I am stuck with a product that I can't use and I have been waiting for ** days for the Ajio to fix it.
The product I want to return is DNMX Panelled Skinny Joggers. The price charged for this product was Rupees ***.** .
