I ordered grocery products online on Grofers app. Delivery date was ** April ****, between - * pm to ** pm. At around *.** pm on ** April ****, I called the delivery person to inquire about the exact timing of his arrival so that I can plan my evening programs accordingly as I have to go outside for some urgent work. He told that he will definitely reach by *.** pm. So, I shifted my plan to go outside to *.** pm. Till *.** pm, I did not get any call from him and his phone was not reachable. At *.**, I called him again and he said my order is getting packed at the warehouse. What a big lie. At *.** pm he promised to deliver my order and at *.** pm he was getting my order prepared. Then I asked him again to clearly tell me his time to arrival. To this, he said he is just a *-* km away, so he will reach to me in another in **-** minutes. I reconfirmed him as I have to go outside for very important work. He promised me that he will definitely reach in **-** minutes. And again he did not come till *.** pm and his phone was not reachable. So, finally, I came outside for work. The delivery man came around *.** pm and when I was not there. He rescheduled the delivery on his own without even asking me. Delivery was rescheduled for ** April ****, between * pm to ** pm and again a delivery man came but he did not bring my order. I asked him where is my order. He checked but my order was not there. As ** was Sunday, so some guests were coming to my house. And these grocery products for that consumption. However, as I did not get these products, I have to face huge embarrassments in front of my guests. This was unbearable. I could not sleep properly that night due to mental agony and embarrassment before my guests. Then again delivery was rescheduled without even asking a suitable time from me. It was rescheduled between ** April ****, between * pm to ** pm. Now, they are not delivering all items from the order. They have deleted some products on their own, without even asking from me. Intentionally, Grofers is doing this to harass me because I have put a complaint to their customer care department. But instead of solving this problem, they are now harassing me by not delivery my order, rescheduling my order without even asking from me, not delivery all products and rescheduling in a time slot which is extremely uncomfortable for me. I want my full order and suitable compensation for this mental agony for the last two days and huge embarrassment I faced in front of my guests due to nondelivery of usable food items for these guest.
