Refund
Hello sir/mam,
I placed order for D Obair Round White Metal Wooden top Coffee table on ** Sep ****. It delivered on ** Sep **** but due to some damage I made replacement for the mentioned product on ** Sep **** which should have been delivered between ** Sep **** to * Oct ****. It is not delivered to me yet. But On app it shows it delivered to me on ** Sep ****. I made call to the Amazon customer service representatives that the product is not delivered to me but it shows delivery.. Then the representative said to me that sometimes seller mark delivery but product is on the way so just wait for the expected delivery date..So I waited till *Oct ****. But still not delivered.. I called back again... The another service provider raised mail for investigation. And said wait for * days.. But till now I always called them and ask for product.. Now they said it delivered to you already... But still not delivered and not getting any solutions from them. Neither of them generate refund or product delivery to me.
