I wanted to raise a serious complaint regarding the Eureka Forbes robotic vacuum cleaner that I purchased through Amazon online. From the very first day of usage, I have encountered a significant issue with the wet mopping function, which has rendered the product practically unusable for its intended purpose.

Despite my repeated complaints, which I have lodged multiple times through the designated channels, the response and actions taken by them have been unsatisfactory, to say the least. A technician visited once and recorded a video of the issue, promising to follow up, there has been no further communication or resolution since then. Moreover, to my dismay, I discovered that the complaint request was closed without any resolution provided.

Subsequent attempts to raise new complaints have been equally futile, with no tangible actions taken apart from occasional phone calls, which have not led to any concrete steps towards addressing the problem. To exacerbate matters, the device has now stopped connecting to the accompanying app, further exacerbating the usability issues.

As a paying customer, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service demonstrated by Eureka Forbes in handling this matter. I want them to take an immediate attention to this issue and a prompt resolution, whether through repair, replacement, or refund. Additionally, I urge them to take steps to improve your customer service processes to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
