I placed a prepaid order on May *st but it is not delivered till date and there is not update from support team. There is no reply from them about the order. There is no option to cancel the order either.
Customers support chat is always away and it says you'll get a reply via mail but I never did.
Please help in getting my money refunded it was an order of * plants so significant money is involved.
Very disappointed!
