My friend and I were recently guests at the Hotel Tisya from ** may to ** may . Our booking ID is TBMZ****. We were highly recommended the Hotel by our friends who had stayed there last year on their honeymoon. We also did our own research before deciding where to stay and your website is beautifully presented with wonderful photos of the (resort/hotel) and there are several positive reviews on the web which helped us make our final choice and decision. We felt confident that in choosing a hotel which came highly praised from our close friends as well as winning us over via your website and it's reviews online, was sure to be the vacation we were hoping for. We were reassured at the time of booking that we were to be in one of the newly renovated rooms on the quiet side of the hotel.
Just after check-In, a third person came inside our locked room and we were told that due to the key mismatch it happened (Receptionist Mistake). At *am the AC stopped working and after an hour of checking it we had to be moved to another room and that was really inconvinient. The room was certainly one of the older, which meant that we heard lot of noises until all hours of the night including lot of disturbance in the morning..
Not just this, We were disturbed at *am in morning by another guest who claimed that the room in which we were moved were allotted to them, after half an hour of heated arguments it supposed to be hotel’s fault (again). After this the lights were gone(only of our room),after continuously calling to the reception and getting no response, we registered the complaint to oyo and issue was resolved in one hour. (As a result we get late for our complete schedule)
The entire experience ruined our entire stay and we will never be going to use your app again. If we knew we will be provided this type of services, we would have never chosen to stay at your hotel. We would like a refund for our total stay. We feel that we were completely miss-led via your website, booking process and the very positive feedback that we had received .
I have tried to contact oyo but as shown in the screenshot, they are dealying the resolution
