Laptop was purchased in reliance digital store Shivamogga ,laptop +insurance amount is of Rs*****,
one year extra warranty of worth Rs**** was paid and during the purchase of the laptop the store executive have told and promised me that they will look after the device in any damage condition and they will repair the device them self or they will give to authorized hp service center for the repair with proper authorization with proper proof(Job sheet, Case ID, acknowledgement form)
After all this discussion i do purchased the laptop by paying each and every amount via cash ,by trusting the company.
after this purchase after one year and * months of duration i did got some issue with the laptop . The issue with the laptop was battery is charging only upto **% and laptops keyboard is perfectly fine and working but there is some spacing in the laptops keyboard keys, so i did got concerned about the issue and decided to get repaired from the insurance that i got for * extra year , i did contacted the reliance digital store in shivamogga for the resolution ,they have been given an instruction at the purchase of the device and during the contact that i made after getting the issue ,that they told me to contact near by reliance digital store and resolve , since i stay in bangalore i thought of contacting the reliance digital store in manthri squre bangalore there they told me to register a complient in online resq link ,i done that registration on **/**/**** and the resq team arranged a pickup on **/**/****. After the repair of the device they delivered the deice on **/**/**** but on that day iam totally shocked with the way my device was repaired and delivered to me. There are so much damages issies with laptop in in condition i was totally confused wither the device is main or not because issues that are found after the *st service ...
*.Laptop keyboard has been completely replaced by a not compatible keyboard
*.Laptop is compatible for windows ** before the service now it is not
*.Laptop is taking only *-** sec(MAX) to bootup but now it takes **-** sec (Switch On)
*.There are so many small damages ,dents, scratches on the laptop
*.While using laptop curser it makes noise
*.Default special speaker B&O speakers are missing
so i contacted the number from which i got the laptop repaired and delivered, i was fully confused and i was feared and i was in doubt ,they also confused me by telling that if you need your laptop to be repaired soon then you have to give the laptop as soon as possible in that instance i was totally feared and thought that there may been some mistake and i gave the laptop to the concerned people who delivered the device and immediately i did gave the details to the reliance resq team ,they told that they will look into the matter and get back to me . After that on **/**/**** once again laptop was delivered to me but at that instance also there is no change in the laptop ,the problems are same and there no change in it... after receiving the laptop ,once again i updated the issue with the reliance resq team they told that they are looking into the issue and once they get the update about this problem they will tell me .after this kind of the problems i thought of going to Reliance digital store in shivamogga to get a proper solution but there also there no proper response and solution ,after that on **\**\**** i got a call from reliance resq escalation there the executive was telling me that there is some mistake have been arrived in the service ,so you have to give the laptop for the service once again but i did not obey that because of the condition of the laptop ,i was actually asking for the replacement of the device but the executive was telling that in order to proceed further you have to hand over the device for the validation ,since the point was acceptable i did obey to give the laptop for the validation but i did not agreed for the repair of the device for multiple times.
the executive told that they will pickup the device from any location so gave the location which is in chikkamagaluru because i was actually went to my home town at that time but after * and half week also there is no one contacted me to pickup the device ,so once again i contacted the reliance resq team for the update at that time they are telling that the address is not serviceable so you have to come to your pervious location ...so i did came to that location on **\**\**** and that is also i updated to reliance resq team after waiting for still some more days they finally picked the device on **\**\****,but the thing i did confirmed with escalation team that iam not going to accept the multiple times repaired device ,It is because since the damages are from the service people not from my side so iam demanding for the replacement of the laptop .but they are not accepted that they forced me to obey what they are saying.
after that they deliverd the device once again on **\**\**** after repairing it but shocking is the laptop is not been repaired at all it is just delivered back as it is with same issues . so finally i decided that this injustice with me is to much and i registered a compliant in online consumer helpline to get the resolution ,there also the replay from the company is not proper . after that on **\**\**** the company sent a technician to orion mall reliance digital store and i also went for there to get the solution but there also the technicians statement are not proper ,he was telling like windows problem is not hp problem you have to talk with microsoft , about keyboard and speaker he told that since the laptop is one and half year old the keyboard and speaker have become old but the silly matter is my laptops original keyboard is removed and he was telling like it has become old and then he was intentionally telling that iam having feel problem and iam demanding for new laptop like that he was telling ....and he also told that if i close all the compliant i have raised then he will repair the device other wise not ...but i did not accept that i told that i will fight legally
