Resolution Demanded:
I have ordered a new connection *** rupees plan for * months and I paid for the valid amount(****) as requested after that there is proper response for the person regarding the connection and next day one person called you have to pay extra **** rupees for to establish the connection. But these amount details was not conveyed by the person at the time ordering the connection. Till now I waited the connection to be established and there is no proper response the person. Very poor customer handling. They are curious to make money only after they got the money, didn't care about the customer. I never faced this kind of behavior from anywhere before.
