I had a terrible experience with this company. I tried to sell my old MacBook Pro and initiated the pickup, but there has been no response from their side, and customer service is not helping at all. The pickup was supposed to be done by Cashify on November *, ****, between *:** PM and *:** PM, but it never happened.
