Respected Sir/Madam,
I received an automated call /IVR (interactive voice response) Call from Paytm saying that my account being compromised and someone is trying to login. If its not done by you press *, and then to confirm my identity enter otp. Then money from my Paytm postpaid account was deducted for ₹**** towards Ajio (online fashion brand franchise of Reliance Retail group) , I received call from number **********. Being tense, i shared it knowing that it was system generated call from paytm to prevent unauthorised transaction, But After a minute I received message confirmation of unauthorised transaction of ₹**** ( Debited from my Paytm postpaid account & Payment made on Ajio) . I am very helpless and disheartened, kindly take strict action & preventive measures against fraudsters.

NOTE :- I have a suspect on Paytm agent who is issuing NCMC card in Nirman Vihar metro station. They issued me Paytm transit card at Nirman Vihar metro station * days ago. Agent Id - ********
